Fatty liver : grade 1
I was recently diagnosed with Fatty liver grade 1 . My height is 5 ft 8 inches and weight is 85 kgs. My activity level is usually between mild to moderate. I'm worried it might not become something serious. Can it be treated ? I need a diet plan . I have been confused cuz i could not find a proper Indian diet plan. Help !

Hi I would suggest a low fat, moderate calorie, high fibre diet with plenty of intake of fluid. You are moderately overweight u need to work on losing weight with moderate level of exercise. Have plenty of raw or boiled vegs 3 to 5 servings of them use minimal amount of fat per day ( max 5 to 10g of oil or ghee) per day. Drink very diluted buttermilk to aid in digestion as it is a pro biotic which aids in digestion. Avoid sugar and sugar based snacks and processed foods, pickles, fried items. Method of cooking in general has to boiling, steaming, parboiled and baking.

For reducing fatty liver follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Hi, To improve the condition, need to be physically active, raise your water intake, eat short meals at regular intervals of time. Limit all processed, preserved, packaged & outside food completely. Cut down on high salt, high sugar & high fat items.

Add fruits and vegetables juice, vegetables soup and millets in your diet. Stop eating refined flour,  Packed and processed foods items. Add bottl gourd juice in morning.
