Hi dere, I have just read about ur problem and the comment also.
It is the symptoms of an illness where our brain releases certain chemical called catecholamines which through blood spreads thru our body and affects all the parts of our body and cause symptoms as described by u.
Usually this release of chemicals were biologically tuned to get released or triggered by a dangerous or life threatening situation. But in this illness our brain somehow gets fooled and falsely percieves some lesser or even safe situations as dangerous resulting in release of these chemicals. Result is that u get afraid of that situation becos u don't want that chemical to get triggerd and thus u start avoiding it as a problem.
This condition is completely curable and involves some behavioural therapy and/or very few medicines. So consult a psychiatrist of ur faith and convenience and enable ur self towards health.
Hope this helps u but feel free to ask further questions in the follow up section.
Thank you. :-)

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
you have not described your symptoms so it is difficult to say whether it is entirely psychological. you should get yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist, if need be he will refer you for an ENT check up. there are medications that can be taken to relieve anxiety in a specific situation, but before that you need to be evaluated for agoraphobia, panic disorder, specific phobia amongst other disorders.
