It's seems u have pressure point swelling due to long standing. It's due to weakness muscle structure ad when blood flow is not adequate. So u should walk in the morning for 3 km ad do ur leg streching ad strengthening exercises . Take contrast bath therapy (take hot ad cold water in diffrent contener dip ur one foot in hot water for 2 min then take it out then put in cold water for 1 min ad do this for 5 times with each leg ad lastly remove ur foot from hot water) cold water should be of water bottle u kept in refrigerator for drinking.
