  4. Fever at night. What should i do now.

Fever at night
My 8 month baby treated with fever n chest cold using P120 n azithral-XL on 25/1/18.for past two days he having Mild fever at night 99F to 100F.Also he is not sleeping keep on shouting during sleep(sleeping only 4 to 5 hours). He looks like dehydrated n skin Was shrinked all over the body. Kindly suggest what should I do now.
