Fever gone when used some paracetomol medicine and again after 1 day fever came. cold and cough still there.

Fever with mild cough and cold may be viral,it may take 3 to 5 days,continue paracetamol 6 to 8 hourly for 2 more days,if persists cosult pediatrician.
