Fever in 3 year boy
Hello sir , my son is having fever from 2 days now plus dry cough and not eating much, only daal he took 5-6 spoons and milk 2-3 times, doc gave him antibiotic and paracetamol syrup , but fever is 99.6 now after taking medicine and he is sleeping much more from 2 days . Should I continue with medicine? Or do some tests? In my area a lot of viral fever and flu is happening as it is raining from 10-15 days this is what doctor told me.But I am worried very much as my father and mother is also having fever though there fever was controlled in 3 days and now nearly fine.please help

No need to worry..give plenty of liquid orally...give diet what kid wants, no issues.. Wear mask and  do hand sanitisation..

continue paracetamol for fever and wait for 2 to 3 days if kid is playful in between fever...

Since most of your family members are affected could be viral infection
