  4. Fever with cold n cough. Plez suggest!

Fever with cold n cough
My 10 year old daughter was having 104 fever 5 days back with cough n cold doctor advised her crocin 500 n cherricof the fever came down to 102 he advised to stop cherricof n started wikoryl 200 now after 5 days she is having fever 102 n severe cough. Now azee has started .I need to ask is it safe to give wikoryl with azee or azee n sinarest is safe as fever is came down too 100 .wether I should give her crocin 500 plez suggest

Sinarest and wikoryl already contains paracetamol,no ned to gve crocin separately
