Joint deposit might be the reason. Minimal exercise,high intake food, less hydration causes it apart from Genetic or immunological factor.

Is this only one episode you have pain in joints or before you faced this? Any medication you taken?? Any thyroid history?take plenty of water and adequate food.take calcium tab and use some ointments
