First sonography in pregnancy
Hi..I am 31 yr old female and this is my first pregnancy..first conceived baby
I have found several problem in my sonography report could anyone tell me is my pregnancy is.normal or not...lmp 6week 5days Edd 8/11/19..utrus is antervated and normal in size shape..GS 1.60cm 5wks...no yolk sac...no fetal pole...n no cardiac activity...seen anterior wall intramural fibroid measuring 14.2*12.2cm...seen good decidual reaction...bilateral adexa normal..POD clear..I m having PCOS also.

You have a big fibroid in the anterior wall of the uterus which can interfere with the pregnancy..
also right now the baby's Heartbeat has not formed ...
you need to repeat an ultrasound after 1 week and see if Heartbeat comes or not
