during your first visit, most of the psychologist will try to make a repo with you and ask you a few questions regarding your problems. It will help them analyse your case. It takes a few number of visit to actually get the gist of your complaints.
Next Steps
Don't rush into anything too fast and expect instant results, it takes time to actually understand a human mind and condition it with constant efforts.

Hi I can understand ur facing issues and are very troubled due to them. However once u meet the psychologist, it all depends on how he or she understands ur concerns. Treatment may or may not be in the form of medications. And so I urge u to go with an open mind and see how it goes. The therapist will try to help in the best way possible.

I appreciate your initiative to seek a professional support.. Most of the times, talking to someone itself brings in a lot of ease and brings in some clarity.. And following the therapist suggestions and few techniques, you might overcome your issues in few sessions itself..
