Fissure from last year

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Last year I had fissure. Had consulted my family doctor for 4-5 times. Tablets, Cream, bowel movement powder were part of treatment. The pain n bleeding while poop occurred approx once in 2-3 months. Then my family doctor suggested a surgeon who said surgery isn't required. It appeared again. What do I do?

hello der try to control dis by changing ur life style don sit for long duration go for walk have more green leafy veg and fruits in diet drink more water get a second opinion from another surgeon and then u can decide upon surgery.
