Fissure, fungal infection candida
Hi I was suffering from fissure for last 2 to 3 years, also having digestion issue , and used to take luxative everyday , showed reputed doctor but medicine did side effect , due to that I got fungal infection, oral thrush candida , taking medicine but it comes back, suggest whom I need to show .

I would advise you to meet a MD general medicine so that you can be evaluated and undergo the necessary investigations to find the underlying causes and have it treated. If medicines aren't helping with your fissure, you should consider the surgical option.
