I had a fissure in another around a year back. But it heals and it used to pain a lot when I sit. But over a period of time the pain has decreased. Now off late I have an issue of blood reappearing only after travel. Say a flight travel or when I have long stools.. Should I take fiber a lot more to increase the softness.. I want to keep surgery as the last option
