Flax seed( how to consume it)?
Hi , please tell me how to consume flax seed,by roasting it then grinding or without roasting it. i heard that on roasting the flax seed it loose some nutrients , is it true?? and i can consume flax seed early in the morning with boiled water??

You can grind  them after roasting and put them on curd, sabzi,or salads

U can take many different ways ,best option as roasted form with lukewarm water early morning.

You can consume it by grinding it and adding them in your flour, or atop salads and curds. But ensure that you grind it only once you have to use it.

You can roast them or just add them in water and drink it. There are many ways to eat them and all are ok.

Roasted flexseeds are best with water. If you grind please keep in airtight container to avoid oxidation
