Food for baby
Hello doctor my son 6months Old now . I would like to feed solid food like cerlac and apple puree but even he can not eat half teaspoon then he split and vomting what can i can do doctor .please suggest me which food i prefer.

First you should give liquid base diet for 1to 1.5months...then gradually start semisolid food...

continue effort for complementary feeding..initially every baby spit it out...but continues ur effort

Start with carrot juice, Apple juice , vegetable soup and then slowly go for puree/ semi solids. Go for home based diet and not cerelac.

Start with liquid for 1 months then semi solid ( more liquidity) for 1-1.5 months and then gradually increase consistency to semi solid to solid at 9-10 months as per child learns to take. Give different food home made food
