Foot in pain
Early today (Around 4 hours ago) I dropped my tablet on my foot and now there is discoloration, swelling, pain while walking even when putting minimal pressure. I started to hop around because it hurt.

Frequent icing to that area every 2 hourly would be adequate..cover the area in crape bandage. addition to icing u can apply painkiller onitment tropically nd cover in bandage, this will assist in to reduce ur pain intensity.

Any swelling? Ice the area and wrap s crepe bandage...take a painkiller that suits you tovcapmbdiwn the inflammation
Later in the day if you feel the need visit the orthopedic vtu rule out sprain or fracture
