She's 3 years old kid and she has fever above 105'F in last night with some shivering and now she is feeling well because I gave her CALPOL 250mg with taxim-o in every 6 hours thoroughly. But after 4 hours she gets fever around 99'F. Loose motion has been happening for the last two days but now it also in control, she has also vometed last morning. Please suggest me some kind of medicine. Her weight is 12 kg.

Your baby is suffering from acute gastroenteritis.
Oral rehydration is most important part of the treatment..
Fever is managed by lipid sponging with cold water... If high temperatures give Calpol 250 suspension 3.5 ml.
Avoid non vegetarian foods...
Give cooked arrow root power .
Next Steps
If fever persists do blood investigations.
and stool analysis.
First of all you have already done lot of self medications. A fever of 105*F is definitely alarming and needs medical attention.. Secondly you have given Taxim-O which is an antibiotic without medical consultation which is again wrong.
Thirdly the dose of antibiotic ur taking is twice a day not 6hrly.
Fourth the loose stools need Ors more than any antibiotics which is causing more harm than good.
Next Steps
plz asses you child for dehydration and give ORS
