Fracture in right leg, operation done
I had an accident on 1st dec 2020 n had a fracture on the right leg, i had n operation n plate is fitted, when i visited the dr after 45 days ,he advised me more 45 days rest ... total 3 months rest, he asked me not to put pressure on the leg , i m providing the x ray report, plz advice , i m very frustrated

You should start non weight bearing exercises for the lower limb.
You can start moving with the help of a pair of crutches and start duties ,if possible.
