Frenulum of penis still attached
My pebis is 4 inches long when erectile and some what less in girth as well which lets the condom slip off. I was so worried until i saw some sort of tissue which was controlling the size and girth of my penis(frenulum).i have tried very hard to detache it but i couldn't. Suggest me some ways. Also tell me weather i will gain any lenght and girth.
