Most fruits are sweet and make the blood sugar go up.  The good thing is that they have lots of fiber as well as vitamins and minerals. Diabetic patients should consume fruits which are not too sweet.  Hence avoid cheeku, banana , litchi, grapes.
Next Steps
if your sugar is in control then you can eat apple, guava, with skin always.  Occasionally mango at midday.
Health Tips
Keep your blood sugar in control always.  Diabetes is a silent disease and harms  your organs especially kidneys silently.

Fruit intake in diabetes can only be devided in conjunction with the rest of fhe diet and current sugar levels. Its always better to get a complete plan to ensure proper food intake. Ideally, there are no fruits that any diabetic would need to restrict provided they follow a holistic routine, even mangkes, bananas are fine in such a case. Please take a direct detailed consult for the same.
