Fuss in ear
I have consulted a doctor. They have done endoscopy and said there is a hole in ear. Want to do surgery. I have gone through hearing test too and report says i have lost 26% of my hearing. Is there any remedy other than surgery

If perforation is recent onset and small may take medicines for few months..if not heal surgical correction should be done.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
