Actually i m very skinny girl nd i m always worrid about my health i dont know how to gain weight.I eat regularly 1000 calories nd do work out at home for 15 20 min bt i feel no results so please help me

Hi,
You need to increase your calorie consumption.
Have 2 bananas, 2 glasses of milk or shakes or smoothies, a handful of dry fruits and nuts daily.
Increase your protein consumption.
Have plenty of good fats.
Eat more rice, potatoes.
