Hi, You can opt from all the variety of pulses, eggs, white meat I.e. chicken and fish for proteins prepared in less oil with healthy way of cooking methods or any type of healthy preparation like sprouts, steamed or cooked on liw heat with lid. cover. For carbohydrates you can select any of grains in combination in a healthy way of preparation. Select all the seasonal vegetables and fruits of variety around 4 to 5 servings. Atleast 500 ml of low fat milk or its products must be included in your daily intake. Keep proper hydration. Avoid readymade foods ,fried foods and refined as well as processed products.

Hi dear,  to gain weight you need to include foods like fish,  chicken, eggs milk and it's products like curd, paneer, cheese, etc. Also have banana more and eat at frequent interval. If you wish to have protien supplements you can take any high calorie and protein shake.
