I want to reduce weight quickly. Right now 81 kg and 5.8 inch height. I'm diabetic. Due to hepertension used to medicine also. Have uric acid. High in cholesterol too 😒. I can't go to gym regularly due to my professional schedules. Please help me to get into a shape.

Reduce weight quickly should not be an option. Slow steady and permanent solutions is what you should be looking at.
