Gains weight too fast
I gain my weight too fast. Even I reduced it to 68, within 20/30 days even if I take little fat diet which is very normal for any Indian food my weight gains too fast. This becomes demotivation to me

Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Eat less and exercise more Eat in small quantity Drink water 16glasses daily

Hi. Our body identifies a specific weight of ours which has been our body weight since a long time and considers it to be our ideal weight. Any deviation from this constant weight leads to our body doing everything to gain the original weight back in no time. this is known as a set point theory. thus if your weight has been high for a long time, a weight loss, with any deviation in diet or change in environment will make you gain all the lost weight very easily. this fact could be demotivating, but taken in a positive way, slow weight loss, maintained for a long time helps in a permanent weight loss.
