There is no medicine in any branch of medical science ( allopathic/ homeopathic/ Aurvedic) which can dissolve gall stones.
Only Symptomatic gall bladder stone needs removal of gall bladder.
There were trial of removing only stones from gall bladder but it was observed that stones were reformed inside gall bladder within 3 months of procedure.

Because there's no scientific study to show that medical treatment is effective . And using medicines if prescribed by anyone , may lead to complications which may lead to serious health issues.
