Hi Gastric problems can be due to many things. However if you gastric problems on a regular basis it could be because you are allergic to some food or intolerant to certain foods. Intolerant means that you can only tolerate very less quantity of that food. In Indian more than 90 percent people are intolerant towards milk. As we age our tolerance decreases and we can’t digest milk properly and start getting gastric problems. Try leaving milk for a week. Milk products include milk, yoghurt, butter, cheese and any form of dairy additive. However please find other sources for calcium and b12. If this doesn’t work you could stop gluten products. This is the second thing most people are intolerant towards. Experiment a little and you will get there.
Next Steps
Get an allergy Profile test done nearby to see what you might be allergic to.
