Its been 15 days i have started exercise as erstwhile i am facing problem of acidity, after starting exercise i dont have the problem of acidity but i has to go for toilet with gassing 3-4 times a day specially during night hours i am taking sufficient diet i have to take artificial husk to have a smooth flow of stool

Hey, avoid protein rich food during night, take non spicy small meals with sufficient vegetables in dinner, Go to bed 2 hours after food , sleep for 8 hours with regular timings .
