Grade 3 internal piles/hemmorhoids
I have been diagnosed with Grade 3 internal hemorrhoids by a Gastroenterologist and he suggested a piles surgery. But before that, I want to try non surgical methods of piles treatment like diet and exercise. Is it scientifically possible to treat piles through a specific diet and exercise? Kindly note that i have a grade 3 piles. If this is possible, i would like to consult a dietician in Thane who would help me regarding the same.
