I have recently started exercising at 41 but as I am losing weight it's reflecting on my face. Age Is reflecting on my face. I am having a balanced diet. Is there a way to look young while maintaining your future.

Exercise should ideally add more glow rather than take it away If you are working out too excessively you may start looking a bit older. Rapid weight loss due to crash dieting can do give you a wrinkled skin Not getting enough sleep at night can make you look older Dehydration make make your skin look withered
