Hello... From the results i have got from gym training... I suspect that my body is ectomorph... Since even i eat more results of weight gain is nill...So please suggest if there is diet for ectomorph.... And most important thing.... Shouldnt i do gym daily if i my body type is ectomorph.... Thanks in advance....

Hello...... If you have any medical problem that has to be diagnosed like hyperthyroidism or worm infestation etc.... You have to take more protein, like egg, non vegetarian foods chicken ,fish... Gymnasium don't make person big, it is practiced to maintain fitness of body
