Hair fall and pcod
Excessive hair fall since last 3-4 months and have pcod since 3 years.irregular period. Taking some meds for hairloss but no benefit.

Hello, This is Dt. Jayashreeq Due to PCOD some people tend to skip meals with fear of overweight, first thing don't skip your meals, include protein in every meal, do regular exercise. Be consistent in ur routine and be patience, definitely u get results Thank you

Hello good morning, For your PCOD treatment plz start to take Ginger and jaggery together daily in evening time. Include flaxseed, pumpkin seed, chia seed in your diet regularly. Improve your protein intake from plant sources. Stop taking animal products, maiada flour, refined and fried items, say no to pizza burger biscuits mixtures and all such.

Hi dear, In your case I suggest  to eat a balanced diet. Include source of omega 3 in diet like flaxseed, source of protein such as legume, toned milk and milk products, Vitmain C dietary Sources such as oranges , guava, papaya. In all seasonal greens in your diet.

For Hairfall add indian gooseberry in your diet and put protein pack on hair . For PCOD  stop eating  processed foods and packed foods. Eat vegetables juice , soup,  fruits and salad in your diet .
