Hairfall issue
I have severe hairfall from few years back. During 3 yrs back i took medication from a famous dermatologist nd he provided me with menoxidil tropical solutions 5% along with some capsules for my hairfall.. But after 7 months also thr was null effect.. I went for my blood test,  the reports showed proper haemoglobin.. Even After that I continued taking proper food nd fruits on time.. Nd left eating fast food as well,  still the problem persistes.. I even use mild shampoos but again it won't make any change to my hairfall.. Now, i hv decided to take homeopathic medication.. So, plz suggest me a solution.

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin. Please call me or send photographs using online consult option for proper diagnosis and detailed prescription.

Have you done tests for thyroid. Go for T3, T4 and Tsh. Do Ultrasonography for lower abdomen to rule out ovarian cyst. These two tests are imoortant. Do you have any history of fever or something else. Sleep cycle should be regular. Continue minoxidil, take multivitamins. Upto 100 hairs fall normally.
