Have high uric acid level.
Hello, I am 30yr old working in IT , couple of yrs back I had severe pain during morning hrs when I used to step on floor. On consultation with Dr it turned out that I had high level of uric acid and this was also leading weight gain. I took medicine and uric acid came under control but when I stop medicines it again goes up. I am pure veg in terms of food. I workout in gym for an hr everyday but my weight is not reducing. Whenever uric acid level increases I could feel my face getting swollen and I get body pain and also observe that I am gaining weight. Please suggest can I reduce weight and also get rid of uric acid problem that crops up every now and then. Thank you in advance for help and guidance
