Having dizziness on n off
It's been 2 months i have stopped taking next plus 5 mg by tempering the dose with doctors approval which i took for 6 months . Now m getting dizziness on n off . what to do .

Nothing to worry.... Just start doing brick walk at least 45 minutes a day..... If u have stopped ur medication it's good, as mild depressive symptoms can be treated only with the help of cognitive behavioural therapy also......
