I go for gym since in past i have done bit heavy so my neck an shoulder has got some pain an i cant bear it . Day by day its getting worst in both shoulder if you recomed any excercise or any medicine will help me out .

You seem to have developed inflammation of the muscles and fascia. Ice packs and rest can help. Consult with a Physiotherapist so that you can undergo myofascial release and other local treatment modalities which helps in relieving the strain rather than painkillers. Your Physiotherapist will also advise you on proper lifting techniques, posture and body mechanics.
