Hi All Dark green leafy vegetables especially sorrel leaves/ gongura leaves and palak / spinach are even more beneficial for raising hb levels , in fruits bananas is rich in iron and fresh dates , raisins, all seasonal fruits and vegetables , nuts, seeds, dry fruits , lentils , legumes, whole grain cereals, eggs, soy products , tuna, salmon and other fish,  chicken, lamb, turkey etc are all essential for increasing hb particularly in pregnancy.. And also consume vitamin c rich foods along with iron rich foods as vitamin c greatly helps in the absorption and bioavailability of iron  too..in the body.. So iron and vitamin c both are equally important inorder to increase hb levels.. Thankyou
