Headaches + Burning eyes
I recently had my CT scan done of Paranasal Sinuses( Axial, Coronal, Saggital). The reports said that there were subtle areas of polypoidal mucosal thickening involving bilateral maxillary antrum. Rest of the Parasinuses are clear. It also showed a thick elongated soft palate and I have a deviated nasal septum with bony spurring. I have constant headaches in the region above the eye brows and burning eyes. I feel like I should close my eyes all the time. There is no itching in the eye.

Since your CT scan is not suggestive of any significant infection in your paranasal sinuses, cause for your headache is unlikely to be due to sinusitis. It may be simple tension type of headache. You may need to get your eyes tested.
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist and ophthalmology specialist or neurologist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
