I am around 19 yrs old and my body weight is 60 which is low as proportioned with height my height is 5-10, I actually remain conscious about eating and I usually eat less than before so that I didn't get belly fat, is it okay ? I am slim figured boy my body Weight is my prime concern and also suggest how can we be safe from stomach fat,?
