Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life. Unable to concentrate and feeling low motivation with work and sleep disturbances can all be contributed due to some stress which is causing these issues . For better sleep you can try and practice sleep hygiene which includes- limiting phone usage , avoiding heavy meals at night , practice deep breathing and meditation , take a warm shower , have a relaxing tea , try and have a controlled temperature of the room , don't take work to bed. Try and talk to close family members and friends and engage in multiple activities which are enjoyable . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of the case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist
