How many Badam can we eat daily and what's the right time to eat. Is it good to eat soaked badam with skin or peeled off skin. Is it good to eat an Egg Daily? Does eating egg yolk adds fat in body.

Having an egg daily is healthy too. And no, yolk won't add fats. You can have whole egg with the yolk.

2-3 whole eggs are perfectly fine, if you eat more than 2-3 eggs than rest should be white.

hello, Soaked badam of 3 nos ( peeled of skin)a day is good and its best to eat it during morning. Egg yolk has some fat but eating egg white is more preferred if you want to reduce weight. Egg yolk weekly twice is suggestable .
U can take 4-5 almonds early morning as soaked form daily basis. Avoid egg yolk. Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg.
