Hearing Loss
My daughter underwent BERA test and the result was that she had severe to profound hearing loss in both ears. What should be our next course of treatment? How dependable is BERA? Is there any other diagnostic method? Kindly advice

BERA is considered a standard diagnostic tool for hearing loss. It needs to be correlated with examination of ear and other tests. After confirming the diagnosis after evaluation if the same degree of hearing loss is identified, your daughter will require hearing rehabilitation- surgical or non surgical.
