Long sitting hours and overuse of these muscle causes such pain.Due to muscle tightness and nerve impingement pain radiates to arm also. Visit nearby physio . Learn exercises and proceed. Dry needling is a technique that will give u permanent solution to this problem. (Done by specialised physios only).
