Heavy periods/cramps and ashokarisht
I have been using Ashokarisht from last 50 days as prescribed(for 3 month use) by the practo doctor for my heavy periods and cramps. One period was relieved and fine Due to non availability I have missed 2 days dose of it and all of sudden same cramps and heavy flow started in current period. There is no major life style changes or any other medications and I m taking as advised. I am worried why is it happening again with me even after all the precautions and medication. Should I stop using ashokarisht?? or continue taking it.i am very fed up I don't understand what to do now..Please advise me

Hello dear. Ashokarishta will help your period cramp. Your heavy flow is not because you skipped the dose. You shall continue with Ashokarishta it will not cause harm. But need to see your investigation before coming to a conclusion is to why it happened.

Since pain is persisting need further evaluation to rule out any other problems. Better to go for an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. Share the reports once you get it.

Ashikarishta is not the solution for all gynecology related problems  First we need to analyze the cause behind your problem and the medicine needs to be given as per the diagnosis. Symptomatic treatment doesn't work always in Ayurveda like Allopathic medicine.  Each patient is different and needs a detailed analysis of your problem.
