Hi can u please tell me reasons for early heavy pregnancy cramps and is it normal??

Not usual in early pregnancy.can be an co existing vagina looks infection or any fibroid in uterus.detail history and a examination is required

Good morning...
If u think the pain is very heavy , first drink more water and take Tab . Dolo 650 mg and see. And if u have constipation or urine infection then also u ll have pain in lower abdomen.
Even if have symptoms like severe vomiting u might have pain .. and will cause acidity too. so see if u have these symptoms.and u think u have none of these symptoms better see a doctor nearby . As there are chances of early miscarriage too as u said the pain is severe.

See ur doctor as soon as possible if the pain does not subside with Dolo tab
