Hey,I am 18 and my height is just 5.6 and weight is approx. 40 kgs.. Plz suggest me ways to increase my height upto 6 feet and also to gain weight

How tall an person would be , depends 60–80% on  genetics and 20–40%  environmental factors like nutrition. Mostly height will not increase after age 18 to 20 years.
