Supplementation is NOT at all necessary .It depends upon the dietary intake and lifestyle. Try and keep everything natural . Go and enjoy the Sun. Foods that provide vitamin D include: Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals. Beef liver. Cheese. Egg yolks. the best will be to consult a Dietitian directly .
Health Tips
Go Natural. Avoid Supplements as much as possible. Stay Home Stay Safe.

Hi! Height growth depends on a number of factors, good nutrition and genetics play a major role. Just taking vitamin D supplements is not advisable, specially if you have not done a blood test to check the levels. Eat good amount of proteins like pulses, dals, dry fruits, milk and milk products as they support growth. Drink 2-3 litres of water daily and avoid taking fried and junk food. A detailed assessment is necessary to give you a suitable diet plan for proper growth and development.
Next Steps
Stay hydrated, get blood test done for Vitamin D
Health Tips
Avoid taking any medication/supplement without expert advice or prescription
