Start with a salt restricted diet.
Walking everyday for about 30-40 minutes.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Have 5 smaller meals rather than three huge meals.
If you are overweight ,you need to lose weight.
Avoid smoking and alcohol.
Practice meditation.
Revert after 5 days.
