I do understand your query.
I suggest you get a ultrasound abdomen, urine routine microscopy and culture sensitivity, stool routine microscopy.
Post that you will have to be started on appropriate medications.

Itching is generally not the cause for a uti, though certain anomalies can result in recurrent uti which can later lead to scaring due to repeated uti
