High Triglyceride, Prediabatics, Low HDL
In recent health check up following are some out of range parameters detected in me. I am bit bothered now a) CHOLESTEROL : 120.0 b) TRIGLYCERIDES : 203.0 c) HDL CHOLESTEROL : 33.0 d) VLDL CHOLESTEROL : 41.0 Kindly suggest what kind food, Fruit I should avoid. Any specific medicine I need to take. I am a rice eater as main meals. Do I have to eliminate rice completely ? Any other suggestions will be of great help

Hi, This is only your lipid profile. We need to know more before prescribing anything. Like your vitals, other health parameters, like your Family history ,lifestyle and  many more. By gathering all the data will be come know the cause and also  other factors effected  by this. Then accordingly we plan diet plan and also decide what to include and what to omit.
